About The Role
The Assistant Manager, HR Operations will support the Manager, HR Operations in all aspects of employee management within Atlantis Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the workforce is supported effectively, contributing to an environment where excellence, efficiency, and a positive workplace culture thrive.
You will be responsible for managing payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, and offboarding, while ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date. In addition, you will play an active role in driving process improvements and supporting employee engagement initiatives, contributing to the smooth operation and continuous enhancement of HR practices across the organization.
About You
We are seeking a proactive HR professional with 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations and a bachelor’s degree. Extensive payroll experience is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, SAP, data analysis, and process improvement, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. A professional, service-oriented mindset and multilingual abilities are highly valued.
