Job Purpose:
To execute Internal Audits in line with Internal Audit plan and directions of the Senior Director of Internal Audit.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating the audit universe.
- Assist the Internal Audit team in developing a yearly internal audit plan (based on the comprehensive risk assessments) covering the entire audit universe to address the key risk areas.
- Executing internal audits within Bloom and its various business units/ functions in accordance with the applicable standards and the Internal Audit Function’s Methodology.
- Draft internal audit findings and discuss them internally with Internal Audit team.
- Prepare draft audit reports and recommendations for review of Internal Audit management team.
- Conduct follow-up activities to appraise the adequacy of action taken by management to correct reported deficiencies.
- Support Internal Audit management team in conducting special assignments, ad-hoc assignments or investigations as directed by the Senior Director of Internal Audit.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal sections and external entities such as Service Providers, Contractors, Consultants, etc.
- General Tasks: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Director of Internal Audit.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Commerce or equivalent.
- Relevant Master’s Degree, CIA and/or other professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent from a recognized international accounting / auditing body is mandatory.
- 5+ years of solid internal audit experience - Big 4 audit firms is a plus.
- Industry knowledge / experience in Real Estate / Education / Hospitality and Facility Management.
