About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our Learning & Development Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist in designing and implementing the corporate Learning and Development strategy to foster talent development and align with the group's vision.
- Support the development of leadership/Internship programs, including coaching and mentoring initiatives, to identify and nurture high-potential individuals for leadership roles.
- Conduct continuous group-wide analysis of training needs, assisting in the design and delivery of effective learning programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, IDPs, career paths, and other training initiatives in alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage and review reports associated with Learning and Development performance, effectively communicating updates with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of the talent management budget, assist in monitoring financial performance, and effectively manage the departmental budget and P&L.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Luxury Hospitality
- Experience in conducting and designing trainings needed
- Knowledge on LQA & Forbes standards
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
