About The Role
This role is designed for an L&D professional with strong content creation skills who is ready to take ownership, drive projects forward, and make an immediate impact while continuing to develop their career.
In this position, you’ll play a central role in designing and delivering learning experiences that truly engage, inspire, and empower colleagues. From interactive workshops to facilitation guides and digital content, you’ll create end-to-end solutions that make every program meaningful and memorable. You’ll also facilitate training programs across a variety of topics, including new colleague orientation, ensuring each session reflects our culture and commitment to excellence.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and creative L&D professional with 2–3 years’ experience in training, L&D, or a related field (e.g., education), with a proven track record in content creation and instructional design. You have strong presentation and communication skills and the confidence to engage groups effectively. You communicate clearly, build positive relationships, thrive in collaborative environments, and bring a natural curiosity and growth mindset to everything you do.
