About The Role

As the Assistant F&B Public Relations Manager, you will be a vital part of the department in driving the brand’s F&B offering and overall awareness through public relations initiatives, whilst working to protect and enhance the reputation of Atlantis Dubai. This role involves building relationships with media, influencers, and celebrities, with a deep understanding of the F&B landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our resort brands in the region include Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis the Royal, as well as Aquaventure World, and over 50 restaurants and bars. By working closely with the F&B Public Relations Manager, the Assistant F&B Public Relations Manager will generate qualitative visibility for the fine dining and luxe portfolio including FZN by Björn Frantzén***, Ossiano*, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal* and The Royal Tearoom with Christophe Devoille as well as estiatorio Milos, Ling Ling, Cloud 22, Nobu by the Beach, Nobu Dubai and Studio Frantzén. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of driving the brands overall awareness in the UK, Australia, and India, as well as executing regional and international brand-building tactics for the food and beverage operation across the destination.

About You

The successful candidate must be passionate about F&B/nightlife and have prior experience in this field. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in communications, corporate communications (in-house, in government, media company or at a PR agency). You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and have the ability to manage sensitive PR issues.
