About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Transportation at Atlantis Resorts, you will assist the Transportation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of all transportation activities, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of guest and vehicle movements. Your responsibilities include coordinating guest arrivals and departures, supervising team members, managing shuttle operations, and maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation and guest service. You will be the key point of contact for interdepartmental communication, VIP logistics, training, and compliance with resort procedures and safety protocols.

You are an organized and service-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills. With a solid understanding of transportation logistics in a hospitality setting, you excel in coordinating teams, handling guest interactions, and ensuring smooth operations. You take initiative, maintain high grooming and performance standards among your team, and possess detailed knowledge of the resort and surrounding area. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and support both staff and guests makes you a reliable asset to the front-of-house team.
