Job Overview
As a Assistant Manager – Wealth Supportat Emirates NBD, your role is to Engage clients with the range of products and services available across ENBD to meet their personal and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting client experience in servicing wealth needs which usually require an extended length of time/interaction or number of meetings to help such as issuing investment account bank statements, portfolio holding statements, portfolio closures requests, etc
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Complaint mangement
- Manage all clients wealth queries such as dividend not received, coupon receipt status, unable to view securities online due to system error
- Ensure that all discrepancies are actioned within agreed SLA
- Support advisors with preparation of wealth packs before client meeting
- Check on the status of trade and moxy as and when required post placement of trades
- Reviewing documents for any errors before submitting it to Wealth Management operations
- Verify client signatures on all forms before raising service request and submission of service request
- Creation of service request requests for all requested transactions and ensure it is completed and closed within agreed SLA
- Comply with the letter, intent and spirit of the laws, regulations and regulatory guidance that apply to my role. Promptly report any potential or actual breaches in accordance with ENBD policy and procedures
- Maintain sufficient and effective processes and controls identifying and mitigating risks
- Promptly escalate material issues and ensure timely resolution
- Preferrable bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration or related field
- Preferrable 1-3 years of experience in financial service environment
- Experience with administrative duties such as data management, scheduling, and documentation
