An Assistant Marketing Manager will assist the Marketing Director in executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that align with the hotel's goals and target audience
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the hotel's digital initiatives remain cutting-edge
- Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging visuals, videos, and content that resonate with online audiences
- Control department expenses to achieve company objectives
- Assist in planning and managing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and remarketing efforts to maximize conversions
Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaign content and visuals
Social Media Engagement:
- Play a key role in managing the hotel's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, engagement, and monitoring of comments and messages
Content Development:
- Contribute to creating marketing content such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and visuals that showcase the hotel's offerings and unique features
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure the website's content is up-to-date and user-friendly
SEO and Website Optimization:
- Assist in optimizing the hotel's website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive relevant traffic
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating special events, promotions, and partnerships that align with the hotel's marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, providing insights to refine strategies
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and provide insights for optimization.

- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information data from various sources and consider, adjust or modify to meet the constraints of the particular need
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, Microsoft Office and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and social media trends
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute innovative ideas engaging content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Three years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
