Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the online shopping platform, including product listing and delisting, inventory monitoring and order processing.

2. Regularly review sales data, analyze consumer behavior, and adjust product strategies and promotional activities.

3. Communicate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery efficiency.

4. Respond to customer inquiries and handle after-sales services to maintain a good customer service experience.

5. Monitor and ensure that the content of the website pages is updated accurately, including product images, descriptions, prices and other information.

6. Plan and execute annual and quarterly operating plans to improve overall performance and operational efficiency.

7. Cooperate with the marketing and design team to promote event launch and related coordination matters.

Job Experience

1. Educational background: College degree or above, preferably in business management, economics, supply chain management and other related majors.

2. Familiar with e-commerce platform operations, and have experience in product listing and inventory management.

3. Understand sales data analysis and consumer behavior analysis, and be able to prepare reports and make optimization suggestions.
