Assistant Project Manager

Gleeds in Abu Dhabi have a fantastic opportunity for a professional Assistant Project Manager, to be responsible for managing the delivery of pre and post contract project management services on buildings projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Positively engaging with clients and developing, growing and maintaining client relationships
• Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our client’s requirements.
• Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
• Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
• Producing and presenting to customers
• Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth
• Managing service delivery for profit.
• Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects
  

Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills

• 5+ Project Management experience, in UAE
• 2+ years working for a project management consultant
• 3+ years living and working in Abu Dhabi
• Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
• Native English level communication skills - both oral and written.
• Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
• Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily.
• Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
• Ability to work as part of a team.
  

Qualifications

• Chartered preferred MRICS, MAPM, APMP, MCIOB or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in project management, or related field
