- Regular Inspection of Vehicle and drivers and ensures the quality is maintained set by the Transport Authority.
- Conduct regular field trips to inspect the different taxi stations and ensures their compliance with quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular field checkup for Black Trips and appropriate action against the violated drivers.
- Investigate and action on Drivers in violation.
- Ensure the implementation of quality guidelines mandated by Transport Authority and activities of quality control are in line with overall organization objectives.
- Assist Drivers on site with any issues (Vehicle / Customer complaints) and guide them appropriately.
- Prepare reports, ensuring they are compiled as per the policies and procedures of the department.
