Job Overview:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top quality service for day-to-day business affairs to their customers including customer profiling, catering to the customer’s Forex, Trade & Asset requirements.
• Sell & Cross sell bank’s products & services to achieve the financial targets.
• Monitor customer transactions & profile in line with the AML & sanctions policies of the bank.
• Identify & and analyse the areas of potential risk under the portfolio and report them.
• Ensure up-to-date compliance, KYC and client profile for each client as well as maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  
  

Skills and Experience:

• Graduate – preferably Business / Finance / Accounting.
• Banking experience – at least 4-5 years.
• SME experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic banking operation
• Adherence to policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Compliance regulation
• Well verse with MS office skills
