Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at La Maison Ani by Chef Izu in Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall.

- Previous experience in a similar role within upmarket restaurants
- Fluent in English, additional languages will be advantageous
- Currently based in Dubai
