Job Brief:

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Automotive Sales to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with dealers and customers across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and market analysis, particularly in the commercial vehicle sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers and key stakeholders to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities and potential sales territories.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase revenue.
• Oversee the sales process, including order management, logistics coordination, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare and present sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying key challenges.
• Monitor pricing strategies and negotiate agreements with dealers to optimize profitability.
• Organize product and sales training for dealers to improve their knowledge and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms and address any financial disputes proactively.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and assess dealership operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.
