Job Brief:

We are hiring a Commodities Assistant Sales Manager with 5–7 years of experience in trading rice, palm oil, grains, and related commodities. Candidates must have strong sales skills, a client network in the Middle East, and a willingness to travel. A proven track record in generating sales and meeting targets is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for commodities such as rice, palm oil, sunflower seeds, barley, poultry feed, and other grains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across the Middle East.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales volume and market presence.
• Travel across assigned markets to meet clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to formulate effective sales plans.
• Ensure timely execution of contracts and coordinate with internal teams for logistics, documentation, and delivery.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, with a consistent focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the trading and sales of commodities such as grains, rice, oils, and feed products.
• Demonstrated success in managing clients and sales within the Middle East region.
• Strong knowledge of commodity trading processes, including documentation, logistics, and international trade terms.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to closing deals and achieving sales goals.
