About Bamboo Card: Bamboo Card is a leading e-gift card distribution company, partnering with global and regional brands to deliver seamless gifting solutions. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic professional to support our leadership and office operations.
Role Overview: The Assistant to CEO (EA/PA) will provide direct support to the CEO while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role combines executive assistance, personal support, and office management, making it central to the efficient functioning of Bamboo Card.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily schedule.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Handle executive correspondence with discretion and confidentiality.
- Pre-screen legal and contractual documents (e.g., vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policies before submitting for final legal or executive review.
- Act as the communication bridge between the CEO, teams, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage personal appointments, travel, and errands for the CEO.
- Provide flexible support to balance personal and professional priorities.
- Oversee daily office operations and serve as the main contact for office matters.
- Liaise with building authorities and vendors to ensure compliance and smooth operations related to workspace, and parking allotment.
- Manage office supplies, resources, and overall facility requirements.
- Plan and execute office events, team activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Support HR/Operations with onboarding, inductions, and administrative needs.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on key projects and deadlines across departments.
- Provide ad-hoc support to teams such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to review and pre-screen legal/contractual documents (such as vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies before final approval.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with DMCC processes is an advantage.
