The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a significant mixed-use development in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

This is an opportunity to play a leading part overseeing multiple, significant and varied infrastructure and externals packages as part of the overall scheme. This is a hands-on, client and contractor facing position on a major project that is moving at pace.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Accountable for cost and commercial management on this major project
• Developing relationships with clients, contractors and consultants, working towards profitable outcomes.
• Responsible for the procurement of remaining packages and administration of all contracts.
• Accountable for overseeing all commercial aspects of this major area of works.
• Presenting and reporting to the client directly on the commercial performance.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience working with main contractors and consultants.
• Strong background in procuring, negotiation and placing large and complex packages.
• Ability to navigate through complex procurement routes and managing contractors.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial management across a variety of sectors.
• Proven experience in risk, reporting and change control management.
