About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Associate Director - Guest Relations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee the Guest Relations operations, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to maintain the highest level of service and professionalism, aligned with Jumeirah brand standards.
• Personally welcome, engage, and escort top-tier VIP guests, ensuring all preferences and special arrangements are met with precision.
• Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback and service recovery, ensuring timely resolution and long-term guest loyalty.
• Collaborate with all departments to anticipate guest needs, share guest intelligence, and enhance the overall journey from pre-arrival to departure.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, including leadership roles within Guest Relations or Front Office.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a strong guest focus.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional language(s) highly desirable.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
