This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments in Europe, across a wide range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A or leveraged finance, or be an investor at a top tier private equity firm within European markets.

What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
- Developing and analysing financial models
- Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
- Working alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
- Experience of working in the M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier investment bank. Alternatively, experience working in a private equity or private credit role with prior investment banking exposure.
- Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
- Native-level or fluent in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not required
