Associate (Junior/Mid-Level): Investment Funds

Following another successful year, our Investment Funds practice in the MENA region continues to expand, driven by a strong pipeline of sophisticated and high-profile mandates. As a result, we are looking to recruit an Investment Funds Associate to join our Abu Dhabi office.

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of investment funds matters, with a primary focus on advising institutional investors on global fund investments, structuring and establishing funds in the region, and supporting asset managers on their DIFC and ADGM operations. The role will provide significant exposure to cross-border work, collaborating closely with our international funds teams in London and New York.

For this position, we are looking for a 1 to 4 years PQE associate (England & Wales or equivalent) with experience in a leading UK or US investment funds practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, market-leading transactions, with direct client engagement and a high degree of responsibility.

Key Requirements

• 1 to 4 years PQE in England and Wales terms (or equivalent)
• Experience within leading US or UK investment funds practices required
• Strong academic record and qualifications
• Strong technical and commercial background
• Highly effective communicator (both oral and written)
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident, self-motivated and committed to providing excellent client service
• Able to manage a high degree of responsibility of work demands
• Enthusiastic participant in business development activities, including networking, organising and delivering seminars, attending conferences and publishing as well as proactive involvement in knowledge management.
