Our landscape architecture team is dedicated to creating sustainable and visually engaging outdoor spaces that enhance the quality of life for communities. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director - Landscape Architect to lead and manage our landscape architecture team and projects across the Middle East.
As the Associate - Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction, management, and delivery of landscape architecture projects. Working closely with senior management, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director - Landscape Architect to lead and manage our landscape architecture team and projects across the Middle East.
As the Associate - Landscape Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction, management, and delivery of landscape architecture projects. Working closely with senior management, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the landscape architecture division, ensuring team objectives align with company goals and client expectations.
- Lead the conceptualization, design development, and execution of complex landscape architecture projects, incorporating site analysis, cultural context, and sustainability principles.
- Effectively manage project teams, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while upholding high-quality design standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, stakeholders, and project partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the creation of design concepts, presentations, and documentation, ensuring they align with the client’s vision, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to junior and mid-level staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, planners, and environmental specialists, to seamlessly integrate landscape design into larger development projects.
- Lead business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking activities, to expand the company’s portfolio and market presence in landscape architecture.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture and urban design, contributing to thought leadership and innovation within the industry.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards governing landscape architecture projects in the Middle East region, and proactively manage project risks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 14 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven history of leading and managing complex projects in the Middle East.
- Strong project management skills, including experience in overseeing project teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Lumion
- Comprehensive knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building standards, and environmental regulations relevant to landscape architecture projects in the Middle East.
- Fluency in English is essential.
