This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their growing and highly successful team. The role will focus on direct private equity investments across a wide range of sectors.
What the job involves
- Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities globally across a broad range of sectors such as consumer, technology, healthcare, energy and real assets
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook
- Work alongside other top-tier asset managers / private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
- Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or private equity fund
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively
- You will have a Bachelor's, and/or Master's, degree from a top university
- The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
