Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer, located in Abu Dhabi. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of business law and contract law matters. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and offering legal consulting services. The Legal Officer will also work closely with various departments to provide legal guidance and support the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Law and Contract Law
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong understanding of general Law and regulations compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experience in corporate or in-house legal department is a plus
