Introduction
The Associate Marketing Campaign Manager plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across the Middle East and North Africa region. This role supports the development of multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and brand partners to ensure campaigns are impactful, data-driven, and locally relevant.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

Support the end-to-end planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns for key markets across MENA.
*

Assist in developing creative briefs, timelines, and campaign frameworks in collaboration with regional and HQ teams.
*

Coordinate and manage campaign assets across digital, CRM, social media, and partnership channels.
*

Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure cultural, linguistic, and market relevance.
*

Partner with cross-functional teams including brand, performance, CRM, PR, and content to deliver integrated campaigns.
*

Work with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to execute regional initiatives.
*

Track, measure, and report on key campaign KPIs, providing post-campaign analysis and learnings.
*

Use data and insights to refine audience targeting, channel mix, and creative effectiveness.
*

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior across the MENA region.
*

Contribute to developing localized strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

*

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
*

At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, preferably within the travel or e-commerce industry.
*

Strong understanding of the local travel market landscape and competitors.
*

Proven success in campaign planning and execution with measurable growth results.
*

A creative thinker with a hands-on, get-it-done mindset.
*

Able to multitask and pay strong attention to detail.
*

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
*

Results-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently while adapting quickly to changing situations.
*

Good understanding of technology and web trends.
*

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and standard graphic or animation programs is an advantage.
