What You'll Be Doing

The Order Management Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.

Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.

  • Process orders for B2B accounts and create corresponding sales orders in the system.
  • Track the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the Supply Planning and B2B Allocation teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.

Gather vendor information and input it into the Master ----Data Management (MDM) system for vendor creation and updates.

  • Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and B2B accounts.
  • Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy.
  • Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy.
  • Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.
  • Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow

Professional Experience

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 0-2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and data entry processes is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic analytical skills to track orders and identify discrepancies.
