With 800 thinkers, doers, and makers across every cultural corner of the world, the agency offers a full-service, channel-agnostic approach and a deep connection to the people, places, and properties that drive the conversation of tomorrow. 160over90 works with leading brands including AB InBev, Amazon, Coca-Cola, DP World, Macy’s, Marriott International, McDonald’s, Verizon and Visa. 160over90 is part of WME Group, a global representation business comprising the world’s leading talent, intellectual property and brands.
The Role And What You’ll Do
The Junior Project Manager (Creative) will play an important role in the 160/90 team; managing the creative resource, scoping, scheduling and project-flow of one of our largest clients, an international business that operates in multiple markets, across their expanding Global Partnerships portfolio.
The Associate Project Manager will form an integral part of the dedicated client team, that includes Creative, Strategy and PR & Comms that spans (primarily) 160over90’s London and Dubai offices. The candidate will work alongside and report into the Project Manager who has a broader remit across the entire Account. The Associate Project Manager will eventually own the resourcing workstream and be the day-to-day lead on the brand side, freeing the PM up for broader campaign oversight. This role is for an enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible thinker with demonstratable project management skills and proven organisational, problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is a given.
The Associate Project Manager will help define deliverables, assist in defining project scopes, determine and track design and creative requirements and manage project timelines. They will work closely with the Project Manager and wider client team to help deliver innovative designs and category redefining concepts and creative production that create culture.
The candidate will mainly be working in a dedicated (and growing) client team of Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, multiple designers, and Strategy and Account leads. They will get instruction from the account leads and will have support from the Project Manager, Creative Director and the wider Creative Operations team. The Associate Project Manager will also be part of the wider creative team that is based in Dubai and will be the main creative coordinator in the region. As the Project Manager is based in London, this will require working independently with limited creative oversight at times.
