We are working on an exciting opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team Associate level, to focus on real estate and infrastructure private markets fund investments.

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team Associate level, to focus on real estate and infrastructure private markets fund investments.
What the job involves
- Working on all aspects of the transaction process, including execution of investments into real estate and infrastructure funds
- Developing and analysing financial models for potential investments
- Supporting in due diligence
- Presenting investment opportunities to IC
- Supporting all portfolio management activities, including devising new strategic business plans where necessary
- You will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier university
- Experience in infrastructure or real estate fund investing or infrastructure focused investment banking
- Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively
- The ability to relocate and be based full time in Abu Dhabi
