Associate Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Position Summary

We are looking for someone looking to transition into an Associate Team Lead or someone relatively early in their Team Lead experience (preferably SaaS or Digital background) to join our Dubai-based team.The suitably qualified candidate will be required to build and maintain strong, long-lasting and consistent support and consultation.The Team Lead will be a future leader in the organisation and will support their peers to achieve growth targets and develop the overall group.This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication, presentation, and time management skills who are ready to take on a role with a good degree of independence and responsibility..

A competitive basic salary and generous commission structure is on offer for the right candidate. Direct path to a leadership position through achieving SDRs targets and development milestones with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop the team by working closely with each member.
  • Hold weekly meetings with the team and regular cadence meetings with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly updates for the team to ensure goals and KPIs will be exceeded.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with each team member weekly.
  • Set and fulfill OKRs that enhance team performance and ensure exceeding of targets.
  • Partner on key strategies that drive the growth of the team.
  • Partner with various sales team managers to ensure new acquisition targets are met.
  • Take an active role in influencing new strategies to optimize workflow and enhance team efficiency.
  • Shadow the SDR TL and New Business Team Leads to identify new strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure all clients' requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

The Person

Desired Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Enterprise sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients.
  • A good understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Strong customer service mindset with experience dealing with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data and suggesting solutions to maximize ROI.
  • Time management and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Highly computer literate – adept at Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science major.
  • At least 3-5 years of selling in a SaaS/Subscription environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills internally and externally.
  • Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising and/or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
