Platform Overview:

Group Communications are the custodians of the Mubadala brand.

Our mission is to build, protect and promote the Mubadala Group’s reputation. We support the group to deliver on its mandate through world-class corporate communications. We provide communications counsel, services and employee engagement across the group.

What you will do:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of Mubadala’s sponsorship activations, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery through effective project management, coordination with internal stakeholders, and oversight of external partners and vendors.
• Ensure all sponsorship activities are delivered in full compliance with Mubadala’s internal processes while maintaining operational efficiency and accountability.
  
  

What will you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent; additional relevant experience is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, experiential marketing, or large-scale event delivery, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong operational background with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sponsorship activations from planning through execution.
• Hands-on and solutions-oriented; comfortable taking over post-strategy to drive execution independently and reliably.
• Excellent logistical and vendor management skills, including budget oversight and supplier performance tracking.
• Experience delivering events or activations that bring a brand to life, with a strong eye for brand consistency and quality.
• Confident working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on detail.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams, levels, and external partners globally.
• Open to candidates from adjacent industries such as hospitality, live events, or production, provided brand understanding is strong.
• Working knowledge of the sponsorship and partnership landscape and how these support broader communications goals.
