Key Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain records of a variety of training programs by keeping records of attendance, training requests, evaluations and post-training evaluations.
• Provide periodic reports and matrices regarding training activities.
• Monitor the yearly training calendar and prepare the training announcements accordingly.
• Update the training master tracking list continuously.
• Notify the relevant manager before any change or update in the yearly training calendar.
• Contribute to the development of training systems and strategies.
• Facilitate required logistics for any internal training.
• Organise and conduct orientations (new joiners, work placement, etc.).
• Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists and action plans of company training activities.
• Submit weekly status and monthly reports.
• Ensure all training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
• Ensure that all internal training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
• Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
• Ensure all property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
• Support other members of Corporate HR in fulfilling their roles.
• Perform other duties as required by the Director, Human Resources.
  
  

Experience and Education :

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same field
• A minimum of five to six years of experience in HR training related activities is required.
• Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.
  
  

Skills:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.
• ability to work well under pressure while interacting effectively with all levels of employee.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required. Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have valid UAE driver’s license.
