About The Role

We are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Landscape Architect to lead design development, manage complex landscape projects, and support the growth of our Abu Dhabi landscape team. The role requires strong design leadership, technical excellence, and proven UAE/GCC experience across multiple project typologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver landscape projects across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and public realm sectors.
• Oversee concept, schematic, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and planners to ensure multidisciplinary alignment.
• Manage client relationships and present design proposals confidently.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to an innovative, collaborative studio culture.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Landscape Architecture.
• 10–12 years of experience, including 4-6 years in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong portfolio of complex landscape and public realm projects.
• Knowledge of UAE authority processes and regional standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools; Revit is an advantage.
