Overview of the role:
To play a key role in shaping the path of our brand through strategic alliances. The mission is to identify and nurture partnerships that not only align with our business objectives but elevate our presence in the market. From drafting compelling proposals to tailoring event packages. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will integrate sponsorship strategies into our marketing initiatives, ensuring a unified and impactful brand. As a key player in our dynamic team, your strategic vision and negotiation will be instrumental in unlocking new opportunities and fostering lasting connections. You will also be involved with media partners and must have a thorough understanding of media inventory and usage.

- Negotiation with suppliers & stakeholders
- Liaise with external parties and getting the necessary leverage/ exposure for the company
- Work within a cross-functional environment where creativity and collaboration are paramount.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating resilience and agility in a fast-paced setting.
- Navigate through quick decision-making processes, adapting strategies to meet the dynamic nature of the advertising and partnership landscape.
- Contribute to the creation of ground-breaking partnerships that not only align with our business goals but also leverage Mall Media and OOH channels for maximum impact.
- Contribute to the overall growth and visibility of the organization through strategic thinking and execution

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sponsorship/partnership development and contract negotiation.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.

- Excellent communication skills
