Key Responsibilities
Deliver Quality Audit Services:
Promote and uphold KPMG’s Core Values, including professional ethics, objectivity, and integrity in all audit engagements. Assist in the execution of audit procedures ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
Client Interaction & Collaboration
Work closely with engagement managers and specialists to foster constructive relationships with clients and team members. Participate in client meetings and support the audit process from planning to completion.
Audit Documentation & Reporting
Assist in documenting audit findings, preparing working papers, and identifying potential risks, misstatements, or issues during engagements. Ensure all work is reviewed and meets KPMG’s quality standards.
Continuous Learning & Development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit methodologies, accounting standards, and regulatory changes. Commit to professional development through mandatory training and on-the-job learning.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
- UAE national with a family book.
- Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
- Strong commitment to ethical conduct, KPMG’s Core Values, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
