Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing audit procedures for a range of clients across various industries.
- Perform financial statement testing, reconciliations, and analytical reviews.
- Document audit findings and support the preparation of audit reports.
- Collaborate with audit teams to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to gain insights into KPMG’s audit methodology.
- Contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of the audit process.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and a keen interest in auditing and professional services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the winter internship.
- Hands-on exposure to real client engagements and audit practices.
