We do that through audits, advisory reviews and supporting the business on Audit, Risk and Compliance reviews. What you will do:
- Support the delivery of impactful Audit (IA) assurance and advisory services to the allocated business customers, ensuring all services are delivered to agreed standards, whilst developing your experience and capability to grow as a professional in the future.
- Service Strategy: understand the Internal Audit strategy and it’s contribution to Mubadala’s objectives ensure your day to day activities are aligned to these goals
- Service Delivery: ensure that all services are delivered to agreed standards and are achieving their objectives this will include
- Delivering risk assessment and annual planning activities for selected assets and/or sectors.
- Actively engages with Q&E in relation to their engagements, soliciting in-flight quality advice (as necessary) and facilitating quality assessments.
- Effectively manages engagement expense budgets, including travel, LTSP and consultant expenses.
- Stakeholder Management: manage internal stakeholders and represent Mubadala in the market, to service providers, partners, relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Self-Leadership: develop yourself to progress as a professional and your contribution to Mubadala. Support others to improve their performance.
To succeed within this role, you will be bringing a strong mix of practical experience, technical skills and business skills, including the following:
- Bachelors / Master in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering
- Previous experience in site engineering
- Strong Knowledge of annual planning, engagement execution and follow-up activities
- You will have strong technical skills including delivering risk assessment.
- You will have the following business skills: strategic thinker, analytical thinking, problem solving, resilient, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, results focused.
- You will be a team player with high standards of business ethics and a drive to deliver, innovate and improve, whilst building strong partnerships within and outside Mubadala.
- You will be an excellent communicator able to build relationships, communicate and influence at all levels.
