AUTO PAINTER - HEAVY MACHINERY

Position: Auto Painter

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Auto Painter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality paint jobs on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy equipment. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a smooth and flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and masking as needed
• Mix paint to match vehicle color and apply paint using a variety of techniques, such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
• Ensure a smooth and flawless finish by carefully sanding and buffing painted surfaces
• Inspect painted vehicles for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
• Keep work area clean and organized, and properly dispose of paint and other materials
• Communicate with other team members and management to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment when necessary
• Maintain knowledge of new paint products, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry trends
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Painter in a professional setting
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
• Ability to match paint colors and create custom shades
• Proficiency in using paint equipment, such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
