Job Brief:

A skilled Process Optimization and Automation Specialist is required to enhance business operations through detailed analysis, strategic optimization, and the implementation of automation solutions. The role focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and integrating AI to support these goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance process optimization and automation.
• Ensure secure storage and handling of digital data in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optimized and automated processes into platforms.
• Test, debug, and monitor automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and system performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies related to optimization and AI.
• Train staff on new processes and automation tools, including basic troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex technical issues related to optimization and automation implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, automation, and RPA.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in AI technologies and their application in process optimization.
• Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI and machine learning for process optimization.
• Preferred: Certification in process optimization or automation tools.
