- Masking methods
- Paint composition and characteristic
- Paint composition and characteristic
- Paint film quality due to spraying condition
- Spot repair methods of metallic & coat mica
- Colour matching II
- Colour matching metallic and 2 coat mica
- Computerized colour matching
- Plastic parts surface treatment and painting
- Plastic parts repair knowledge (ABS, PP, etc.)
- Plastic parts painting
- Plastic bumper repair and painting
- Spraying of multi-layer paint
- Physical property of polymer solution for each process
- Spraying 3 coat mica (Pearl Mica, etc.)
- Facility and equipment
- Function and construction of paint equipment
- Paint equipment care and maintenance
- Quality Control
- Quality control knowledge for each process
- Paint trouble shooting and resolution
- Rust causation and prevention
- Previous experience in automotive painting.
- Proficiency in using spray guns, airbrushes, and other painting tools
- Understanding of different types of paints, primers, and finishes
- Skills in sanding, masking, and preparing surfaces for painting
- Familiarity with safety protocols and proper handling of hazardous materials
