Duties & Responsibilities
- Review designs, drawings, and engineering for AV systems.
- Attend client meetings and provide support to the Design Team.
- Architect cost-effective, reliable AV designs based on client needs.
- Develop detailed Scopes of Works for projects and commission systems independently or with outsourced teams.
- Hand over operational AV systems meeting all client requirements.
- Drive the technology evaluation stage post-sales, acting as the key technical advisor.
- Interact directly with client management and end-users, articulating technology and product positioning.
- Identify and address technical issues for complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide discovery support for environmental details and modify documentation as needed.
- Demonstrate ongoing technical education through certifications.
- Proven experience in designing and commissioning AV systems.
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, control systems, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Commitment to continued technical education and relevant certifications.
- Proficient in creating and modifying detailed documentation.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
