AV Solutions Engineer - Post Sales

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review designs, drawings, and engineering for AV systems.
• Attend client meetings and provide support to the Design Team.
• Architect cost-effective, reliable AV designs based on client needs.
• Develop detailed Scopes of Works for projects and commission systems independently or with outsourced teams.
• Hand over operational AV systems meeting all client requirements.
• Drive the technology evaluation stage post-sales, acting as the key technical advisor.
• Interact directly with client management and end-users, articulating technology and product positioning.
• Identify and address technical issues for complete customer satisfaction.
• Provide discovery support for environmental details and modify documentation as needed.
• Demonstrate ongoing technical education through certifications.

• Strong knowledge of audio, video, control systems, and networking.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Audio Engineering, IT, or related field.
