We are seeking a talented AVL Engineer Program & Process Owner who will focus on Utility and Heavy industry segment growth and Centralize the program management and accelerate on getting our product range approved by targeted customer.

What You’ll Do

• Focus on Utility & Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas segments and on all product range and initially on Medium voltage products (later expanding to cover the full Eaton portfolio).
• Act as the focal point for sales team targets and prioritization.
• Maintain constant central view of needs and business potentials with input of the key stakeholders.
• Determine the priority and scope of end-user AVLs, categorizing them based on projected revenue in conjunction with account managers.
• Manage both commercial and technical aspects, coordinating with Application Engineers (AEs), Business Units (BUs) and Sales and Business Development functions.
• Coordinate between stakeholders.
• Allocate duties to team members.
• Manage timelines and coordination meetings.
• Manage Business units action plan (plant testing, …).
• Present to clients individually or support sales colleagues in presentations.
• Handle escalations.
• Report on progress and outcomes.
• Process standardization and improvement:
• Standardize processes and secure stakeholder buy-in from Sales, Business development and Business Units.
• Maintain a central (physical and virtual) library with relevant Eaton submissions for the approval process.
• Develop a technical library with targeted end-user standard specifications, commentary, and agreed deviations.
• Work with quality and manufacturing on implementing continuous improvement activities based on findings from customer feedbacks during AVL process.
• Provide thought leadership and prepare documents for industry innovation, such as battlecards, dummy specs, and consultant specifications.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required
• Experience in a similar position
  
  
  

Skills

• Large technical knowledge on all electrical power train with a particular focus on MV / LV switchgear and transformer systems and management and control technology thereof
• Project management skills
• Approved vendor list/certification process knowledge
• Project documentation, QA/QC, EHS process knowledge
