Position Summary
As a B2B Marketing Intern at Nespresso, you’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure to project management within a premium global brand, with a focus on out-of-home (OOH) marketing, brand visibility, and customer experience across hospitality, workplace, and corporate channels, including offices.
Working closely with the B2B Marketing Manager and commercial teams, you’ll contribute to internal projects, drive sustainable marketing practices, and help ensure smooth operational alignment with global brand standards. The selected intern will play an active role in delivering key brand projects and activations, helping to elevate the Nespresso experience across some of the UAE’s most iconic venues.

Position Summary

Working closely with the B2B Marketing Manager and commercial teams, you’ll contribute to internal projects, drive sustainable marketing practices, and help ensure smooth operational alignment with global brand standards. The selected intern will play an active role in delivering key brand projects and activations, helping to elevate the Nespresso experience across some of the UAE’s most iconic venues.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Brand Experience & Visibility: Serve as an ambassador for the brand’s commitment to excellence in brand experience by implementing the rollout of brand visibility initiatives and tools across hospitality (hotels, restaurants, cafés/catering) and office channels.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams across departments and countries to support product launches and ensure brand and customer experience standards are met.
- Project Support & Operations: Support the B2B Marketing Manager in co-leading initiatives such as creating communications materials, product marketing calendar, tracking Purchase orders ensuring timely payments, and budget tracking for assigned projects.
- Consumer Insight & Data: Working closely with CE&I (Consumer Experience & Insights) team team to analyze B2B customer data and support the development of CRM campaigns, promotions, and targeted communications.
- Event & Activation Management: Coordinate Nespresso’s participation in B2B activations, tastings, events, and conferences. Liaise with agencies and suppliers, manage logistics, provide on-site support, and assist with post-activation reporting.
- Team Coordination: Support weekly marketing alignment meetings involving demand and supply planning, commercial functions, brand communications, and PR.
- Project Management: By assisting in project management within a start-up, you will gain practical experience in organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members
- Research and Analysis Skills: Gain experience in evaluating customer data and market insights, and contribute to CRM and customer lifecycle campaign planning.
- Out-of-home & Sustainability Marketing: Learn how brand activations are brought to life in premium environments and how global brand guidelines are adapted locally. You'll also explore how sustainability is integrated into marketing activities.
- You are an undergraduate with a background in Business or Marketing.
- You are passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You are able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage your time, projects, and processes effectively.
- You are self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with solid interpersonal skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You take a structured and analytical approach, with a strong grasp of numbers.
- You have a keen interest in building a career in marketing, B2B operations, or premium brand management.
