You will drive the growth of Axi’s institutional and B2B business, by acquiring and managing relationships with FX/CFD brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions globally.
As a key member of the commercial team, the B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting Axi’s multi-asset liquidity solutions, institutional-grade infrastructure, and API connectivity — positioning Axi as a preferred partner in the highly competitive electronic trading ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in expanding AxiPrime’s market footprint, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s broader strategic growth goals.

You will drive the growth of Axi’s institutional and B2B business, by acquiring and managing relationships with FX/CFD brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions globally.
As a key member of the commercial team, the B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting Axi’s multi-asset liquidity solutions, institutional-grade infrastructure, and API connectivity — positioning Axi as a preferred partner in the highly competitive electronic trading ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in expanding AxiPrime’s market footprint, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s broader strategic growth goals.
Your EDGE Assignment/You Will
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients in the FX and CFD space — including brokers, money managers, and institutional trading firms. Build and develop a strong pipeline of prospects, generate new leads, and deepen trusted relationships with B2B clients including institutional and retail brokerages.
- Promote the company’s liquidity, execution and API solutions to institutional prospects.
- Promote Axi’s services via both self-sourced leads and those provided by the company.
- Executing business development strategies that align with regional priorities and Axi business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and other internal teams to develop and launch market-relevant campaigns and partnership programs.
- Attend industry meetings, roadshows, and seminars across the GCC and wider MENA region to support business development and represent the Axi brand.
- Actively monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and continuously optimize partner performance.
- Participate in the development and execution of regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with Axi’s brand, commercial strategy, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present regular business performance updates, insights, and commercial recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Support key strategic projects that enhance Axi’s regional and international footprint, including market entry assessments, commercial pilots, and scalability initiatives.
- Administrative matters regarding paperwork for onboarding, liaising with onboarding departments and lawyers.
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory obligations under the DFSA framework, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring services are provided honestly, efficiently, and fairly
- Ensuring clients are treated fairly at all times
- Promptly reporting any suspicions of market abuse, insider trading, or money laundering to Compliance or the MLRO
- 3-5 years (or more) of experience in the FX/CFD industry, specifically in institutional or B2B sales.
- Understanding of electronic trading ecosystems, particularly around liquidity provision, executive, and multi-assets offerings.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring, onboarding and managing institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of API connectivity, liquidity solutions, and institutional-grade trading infrastructure.
- Able to contribute to market entry strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and regional business growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to support commercial decisions.
- Awareness of and ability to operate under DFSA (Dubai Financial Services Authority) regulatory standards.
