We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least three of the following areas: Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, and Wealth Management.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least three of the following areas: Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Discussions:Lead sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing change processes.
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria:Translate business requirements into functional user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability and alignment with testing.
- Design Briefing:Collaborate with the design team to ensure UI/UX meets business needs, providing feedback and updating requirements as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating communication and ensuring stakeholder signoffs.
- Testing & Validation:Oversee Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business units to validate solutions.
- Change Requests:Prepare, track, and communicate Project Change Requests (PCRs), ensuring timely approvals and impact assessments.
- Operational Process Tracking:Support and track the documentation and sign-off of operational processes related to IT solutions.
- Sanity Checks:Ensure solutions meet business needs before production, coordinating post-go-live sanity checks.
- Strong Agile experience with a proven track record in banking domains (Clearing, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, Cards, Wealth Management).
- Techno-functional background with prior experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing and delivering requirements.
