Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers while providing excellent customer while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other efficiently and safely.
• Maintaining the beverage cost budget by accurately pouring beverages as per our standard recipes.
• Preparing and serving beverages as per company standard.
• Upselling products and promoting special items to customers.
• Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Completing and checking the coffee bar checklist, and ensuring all equipment is in perfect condition.
• Maintaining clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.
• Follow the company Grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Ensure to check the bar stock and ingredients SOP, and daily follow the checklist to maintain the quality of beverages provided to customers.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of specialty coffee, coffee brewing, techniques, and espresso preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast faced environment and multitask effectively.
• A passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow in the role
  
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Barista.
