Preferred Lady Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, especially specialty coffee and espresso drinks, in a fast-paced environment. This role also involves customer service, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café or coffee shop.

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to customer specifications.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and handle transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of the café menu, including seasonal drinks and promotions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the espresso machine, grinders, brewing equipment, and service counters.
• Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
