We’re on the lookout for a Barista with a passion for craft beverages and genuine hospitality. This is your opportunity to showcase your coffee artistry, create memorable guest experiences, and grow your skills in an energetic, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and flair.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and service area.
• Assist with menu development and introduce creative beverage ideas aligned with Hyatt Centric’s style.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Work closely with F&B and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service across the outlet.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience in a high-volume or premium setting preferred.
• A passion for coffee, guest service, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests from around the world.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art an advantage.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and readiness to learn.
