Barista - Emiratis

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere, Public, Shalwa, Soil and Kumo.

We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Barista for SHALWA where the ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while also being capable of performing Waiter/Waitress duties to support a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Welcome and serve guests when needed, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and service areas
• Assist guests with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Support overall restaurant operations as needed
