Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
• Welcome guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages or signature cocktails.
• Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
• Monitor guest behavior, ensuring responsible service of alcohol in line with legal and company policies.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, following established procedures.
• Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and rotation of supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to maximize guest satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws and regulations.
• Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
