What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
- Assist barista with preparing coffee and teas when is required.
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Recommend drinks and provide insight into our diverse beverage selection.
- Collaborate with the team to curate new drink menu and promotions.
- Previous 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
- Applicant must be age of 21 and above.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create innovative and signature cocktails.
- Attention to details and flair for presentation.
- Work Authorization.
