About The Role

As a Bartender at the Refuel Bar, your key responsibilities will include preparing non-alcoholic beverages, shakes, and smoothies. Your role will be to plan, organize, and direct all processes of the Refuel Bar operations to ensure the bar provides quality beverages in a clean and tidy workspace and deliver consistent service in line with the SIRO One Za’abeel Standard Operating Procedures and achieves maximum revenue and profit.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Bartender position should have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. International experience preferred. Outgoing, confident, good communication skills with the right attitude, who is flexible and a great team player with analytical thinking, sincere and dependable. Leads by example and team player. Dynamic, energetic, creative individual with a positive “can do” attitude. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Self-motivated, committed, and passionate about F&B. Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality. Excellent communication skills and good written business English. Committed to and passionate about the Food and Beverage industry. Willing to work flexible hours.
